Our typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days, excluding holidays. For banner requests, please allow 7-10 business days for completion. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering high-quality work within the specified timelines.

​Shipping and Delivery

We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. Orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days, with delivery times varying based on your location. A confirmation email, including tracking information, will be sent once your order has been shipped. B-Squared Designs is not responsible for any shipping delays, late arrivals or lost/missing packages​.

Returns and Exchanges
Please note that all sales are final due to the customized nature of our products. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges. We kindly ask that you review your order thoroughly before finalizing purchase.

Order Cancellation Policy

At B-Squared Designs, we strive to provide high-quality and timely service. Please carefully review our cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Before Production: If production has not begun, you may request to cancel your order; A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order amount will apply; To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at be2the2ndpower@gmail.com.

  2. Cancellation After Production Has Begun; Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.

Print Imperfections Policy

At B-Squared Designs, we take pride in delivering high-quality printed products. However, minor imperfections may occasionally occur due to the nature of the printing process. Please review our policy on print imperfections:

1. Acceptable Variations Slight variations in the following areas are considered normal and are not eligible for reprints or refunds:

Color tones: Slight differences in color between the digital proof and final print due to monitor and printer calibrations; Margins and alignment: Minor shifts within industry-accepted tolerances; Material: Minor imperfections inherent in certain materials or substrates used for printing.

2. Defects Eligible for Resolution We will review and address concerns regarding the following issues: Major misprints, such as significant smudging or unapproved alterations; Incorrect print details (e.g., wrong text, images, or designs) if they differ from the approved proof; Significant damage to the product during production or shipping.

3. Resolution Process If you believe your product has a defect, please follow these steps: 

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide photographs clearly showing the issue.

Our team will evaluate the concern and, if approved, offer a reprint or refund at no additional cost. (Determination at our own discretion)
